Library Card
Obtaining a Library Card:
- Bring a valid driver’s license or a photo ID(school ID) with your current address.
- Bring another document showing residence in Spring Valley. (e.g., Mail, check, water bill, bills, etc.)
Please Note:
- Children under 14 years old must have an adult or guardian present at initial application for a library card.
- Library cards are provided free of charge to all residents of Spring Valley that live within the city limits, as part of your tax-supported library services.
- Our charge for non-residents is $66.00 per year.
